Conclusion: OSS has become an increasingly important part of the software ecosystem. At the user level, requires careful consideration of practical advantages and disadvantages .at the developer level requires great care in managing the legal risks of security, quality and IP assets, so finally it is concluded that Open-Source offers opportunities: Vast pool of software talent with access to, the ability to improve, access and utilize software. At the same time with some Disadvantages: Risk of Utilizing software, No warranties, Quality may not be up to the mark.
